The dining table seats 12 comfortably and is positioned with views over the garden and sea from double doors. A log burner and seating area make this room cosy when the weather is 'British’ 

 Flagstones has two comfy Sitting Rooms, both with far reaching sea views and doors opening onto the terrace and garden beyond. Well equipped with televisions in both, and an additional log burner in one for chillier evenings in. 

There is a large family shower room on the ground floor.
